Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes under cold water. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- Poke several holes in each potato with a fork to allow steam to escape during cooking.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Sprinkle sea salt and black pepper over the potatoes, covering them completely.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Cook the potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for 35-40 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
- Check for doneness by inserting a fork or skewer into the center. The potatoes should be tender.
- Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
