- 4 Medium Russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- to taste Optional toppings (sour cream, cheese, chives, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then dry them with a towel.
- Pierce each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and crispy on the outside. You can check doneness by inserting a fork into the largest potato.
- Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Cooking time may vary based on the size of the potatoes.
- For extra crispiness, you can increase the temperature to 425°F (220°C) for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
