- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 olive oil
- 1 garlic powder
- 1 onion powder
- 1 paprika
- 1 salt
- 1/2 black pepper
- 1 fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
- Feel free to substitute chicken breasts or drumsticks if you prefer.
