Ingredients

- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes. Cut them into wedges, about 8 wedges per potato.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano until evenly coated.
- Place the potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can add your favorite seasonings to customize the flavor.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce like ketchup or ranch.
