- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the shrimp for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
