  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced sausage, bell peppers, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches if your air fryer is small.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
  6. Once the sausage is cooked through and vegetables are tender, remove from the air fryer.
