  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the canned salmon, beaten egg, bread crumbs, green onion, garlic powder, dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  2. Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Brush each patty lightly with olive oil on both sides.
