  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Place the salmon patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching each other.
