Delicious and crispy air fryer salmon patties that are easy to make and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Place the salmon patties in the basket in a single layer, making sure they do not touch.
  5. Lightly spray the tops of the patties with olive oil spray.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • You can add chopped herbs or spices to the mixture for extra flavor.
  • Serve with tartar sauce, lemon wedges, or your favorite dipping sauce.
