Delicious and crispy air fryer salmon patties that are easy to make and packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Place the salmon patties in the basket in a single layer, making sure they do not touch.
- Lightly spray the tops of the patties with olive oil spray.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can add chopped herbs or spices to the mixture for extra flavor.
- Serve with tartar sauce, lemon wedges, or your favorite dipping sauce.
