Ingredients
Scale
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets, then sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasoning into the fish to ensure even coverage.
- Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down. Make sure they are not touching.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the seasoning for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 145°F (63°C) for safe consumption.
- Feel free to add your favorite herbs or spices to customize the flavor.
