- 2 pounds of baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches.
- Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
- Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can soak the potatoes in water for 30 minutes before cooking, then dry them thoroughly.
- Feel free to customize the seasoning to your taste; rosemary or Italian seasoning also work well.
