  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast first into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
