Ingredients

  • 1 pound Fresh okra
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the okra pieces, olive oil, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the okra is evenly coated.
  3. Place the okra in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the okra is golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately as a snack or side dish.

Notes
