This easy air fryer granola recipe is perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. Made with oats, nuts, and your favorite sweeteners, it’s crispy, wholesome, and customizable!

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.), chopped
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, etc.) – optional
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, chopped nuts, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Spread the granola mixture evenly in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- After 10 minutes, check for doneness. If you like it crunchier, continue to cook in 2-minute increments until desired crispiness is achieved.
- Once done, remove from the air fryer and let it cool completely. Stir in dried fruits if using.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
