Description

This easy air fryer granola recipe is perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. Made with oats, nuts, and your favorite sweeteners, it’s crispy, wholesome, and customizable!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.), chopped
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, etc.) – optional

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, chopped nuts, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  5. Spread the granola mixture evenly in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  7. After 10 minutes, check for doneness. If you like it crunchier, continue to cook in 2-minute increments until desired crispiness is achieved.
  8. Once done, remove from the air fryer and let it cool completely. Stir in dried fruits if using.
  9. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
