- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- While the chicken is cooking, chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- After 10 minutes, add the mixed vegetables to the air fryer basket with the chicken.
- Continue cooking for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Check the internal temperature of the chicken to ensure it reaches at least 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve the chicken and vegetables warm, garnished with Italian seasoning if desired.
