  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, etc.)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. While the chicken is cooking, chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  6. After 10 minutes, add the mixed vegetables to the air fryer basket with the chicken.
  7. Continue cooking for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  8. Check the internal temperature of the chicken to ensure it reaches at least 165°F (75°C).
  9. Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  10. Serve the chicken and vegetables warm, garnished with Italian seasoning if desired.
