Description

Juicy and flavorful chicken kabobs cooked to perfection in the air fryer, perfect for a quick and healthy meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
  • 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
  • Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes prior to use)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Thread marinated chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers, alternating between each ingredient.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd them.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
