Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook the patties in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Remove the patties from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving on burger buns with your favorite toppings.
