Description
Juicy and flavorful air fryer burgers that are quick and easy to make, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Toppings of choice (lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
- Cook the burgers in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach your desired level of doneness (internal temperature of 160°F for medium).
- Remove the burgers from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Toast the hamburger buns in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes if desired.
- Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.
