- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
- Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time.
- Once done, check for desired crispiness. If you like them crunchier, air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the air fryer and drizzle with balsamic vinegar, if using. Toss to combine.
- Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to add other spices or herbs according to your preference.
