  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time.
  4. Once done, check for desired crispiness. If you like them crunchier, air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and drizzle with balsamic vinegar, if using. Toss to combine.
