- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket skin-side down.
- Cook for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, you can cook the chicken thighs skin-side up for the last 5 minutes.
- Feel free to add your favorite spices or herbs to customize the flavor.
