- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Optional toppings: powdered sugar, glaze, chocolate, sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Using a small cookie cutter or a bottle cap, cut a hole in the center of each biscuit to form a donut shape.
- In a bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together.
- Brush each donut with melted butter, then coat them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Place the donuts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
- Air fry the donuts for 5-6 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the donuts from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. Optional: drizzle with glaze or sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- You can use any flavor of biscuit dough for different variations.
- For a chocolate glaze, melt chocolate chips with a bit of coconut oil and dip the cooled donuts.
