- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional toppings: sour cream, chives, cheese, bacon bits
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Scrub the potatoes under cold water and dry them with a towel.
- Poke several holes in each potato with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, turning the potatoes halfway through the cooking time.
- Check for doneness by inserting a fork; it should slide in easily.
- Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Slice the potatoes open and fluff the insides with a fork. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
