- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Once done, remove the potatoes and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For extra crispy potatoes, you can increase the cooking time by a few minutes, checking frequently.
