Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry the baby potatoes, then cut them in half if they are larger.
- In a bowl, toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
- Once the potatoes are crispy and fork-tender, remove them from the air fryer.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
