Description

A hearty traditional tater tot casserole with ground beef, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 package tater tots
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, and mixed vegetables to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Layer tater tots on top of the cheese.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.
