A hearty traditional tater tot casserole with ground beef, perfect for family dinners.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 package tater tots
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, and mixed vegetables to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Layer tater tots on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef to reduce fat content.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
