Description

A hearty tater tot casserole made with ground beef, perfect for a family meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag tater tots (32 oz)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Stir in frozen mixed vegetables and half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Spread the beef mixture in an 8×8 baking dish.
  6. Top with tater tots, arranging them evenly.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  9. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
