Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Wash and slice the strawberries.
- In a bowl, mix strawberries with sugar and let sit for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Layer graham cracker crumbs, strawberries, and whipped cream in a serving dish.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
- Can substitute graham cracker crumbs with crushed cookies.
- Try adding mint leaves for garnish.
