- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add corned beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in cabbage, potatoes, and carrots.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
- Serve hot with mustard on the side.
