- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups asparagus, chopped
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add asparagus and bell peppers, sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.
