Ingredients

- 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 sandwich rolls
- cheese slices (optional)
Instructions
- Place the sliced onion and minced garlic in the slow cooker.
- Season the beef roast with salt and pepper, then place it on top of the onions.
- Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Remove the beef and shred it with two forks.
- Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker and mix with the broth.
- Serve on sandwich rolls, adding cheese if desired.

- Serve with pickles for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- You can add your favorite seasonings to the broth.
