Instructions

  2. Remove the membrane from the ribs.
  3. Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the ribs.
  5. Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down.
  6. Cook for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping occasionally.
  7. During the last 30 minutes, brush barbecue sauce on the ribs.
  8. Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
