- 1 avocado, diced

- 1 zucchini, sliced

Instructions
- Wash all the green vegetables thoroughly.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the green beans and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Add zucchini and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add spinach and kale, stirring until wilted.
- Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Remove from heat and stir in diced avocado.
- Serve warm.
