A delicious pumpkin dessert with a creamy cheese filling.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In another bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
- Add pumpkin puree, vanilla, and spices. Mix well.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Chill before serving for better flavor.
- Top with whipped cream if desired.
