A simple and tasty pork belly recipe made in an air fryer.

- 2 pounds pork belly
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Score the skin of the pork belly with a sharp knife.
- Rub salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder over the pork belly.
- Mix soy sauce and honey, then brush it over the pork belly.
- Place the pork belly in the air fryer basket, skin side up.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the skin is crispy.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
