Description
Delicious pistachio dessert cups made with creamy filling and topped with crushed pistachios.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup of pistachios, shelled
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of gelatin
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1/4 cup of crushed pistachios for topping
Instructions
- Soak gelatin in water for 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and sugar until dissolved.
- Add soaked gelatin and vanilla extract to the cream mixture.
- Stir in ground pistachios until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into cups and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Before serving, top with crushed pistachios.
Notes
- Use unsalted pistachios for better flavor.
- Ensure the mixture is smooth before pouring into cups.
- Can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
