Description
This is a simple Mongolian beef recipe using ground beef. It is quick to prepare and packed with flavor.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
- Add soy sauce and brown sugar, stir well.
- Mix cornstarch with water and add to the pan.
- Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.

- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
