Description
A delicious honey garlic chicken dish made in a crock pot.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and garlic.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
- Stir slurry into the sauce in the crock pot.
- Cook on high for an additional 15 minutes to thicken.
- Serve chicken with sauce over rice or vegetables.
