Instructions
- Cook quinoa according to package instructions and let it cool.
- Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked and slice it.
- In a large bowl, combine the quinoa, grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and toss gently.
- Top with crumbled feta cheese before serving.
