Description

Ingredients

  • 350ml water
  • 10g salt
  • 7g dried yeast
  • 50ml olive oil
  • Fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour and salt to the mixture.
  3. Knead until smooth, about 10 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 220°C (428°F).
  6. Once risen, spread the dough on a baking sheet.
  7. Make dimples with your fingers and drizzle olive oil.
  8. Sprinkle rosemary on top.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add garlic to the olive oil.
