- 1 pound Italian Sausage (Removed from casings)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 28 ounces Canned Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt (Or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper (Or to taste)
- As needed Grated Parmesan Cheese (For serving)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned.
- Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
