- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Brew strong coffee and let it cool.
- Mix coffee and sugar until dissolved.
- In a bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.
- Whip the mixture until it forms peaks.
- Dip ladyfingers in coffee quickly.
- Layer dipped ladyfingers in a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients.
- Chill for at least 4 hours.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
