Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water.
  2. In a pot, bring water to a boil.
  3. Add rice and a pinch of salt, cover, and reduce heat.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.
  5. In a pan, heat oil over medium heat.
  6. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  7. Add mixed vegetables, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  8. Stir and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  9. Serve chicken and vegetables over rice.
