Instructions

  2. Boil dandelion petals in water for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture to extract the liquid.
  4. Add lemon juice to the liquid.
  5. In a pot, combine the dandelion liquid and pectin. Stir well.
  6. Bring to a boil, then add sugar all at once.
  7. Stir continuously until sugar dissolves and mixture boils.
  8. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
  9. Pour into sterilized jars and seal immediately.
