A simple recipe for making dandelion jelly without pectin.
Ingredients

- 2 cups dandelion flowers
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- Pick dandelion flowers, making sure to remove the green parts.
- Boil dandelion flowers in water for 15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to extract the liquid.
- Add lemon juice, honey, and sugar to the liquid.
- Boil the mixture again for 10 minutes.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
Notes
- Use only the yellow petals for best flavor.
- Store jelly in a cool place.
- Adjust sweetness to your taste.
