Instructions
- Place chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add diced potatoes, baby carrots, and corn.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup and ranch seasoning.
- Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the crockpot.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
