Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- While the salmon cooks, prepare the rice and steam the broccoli.
- Assemble the bowls with rice, broccoli, salmon, and avocado.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the salmon fillets.
- You can substitute vegetables as desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
