- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Celery sticks, for serving
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Arrange the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In another bowl, mix buffalo sauce with melted butter.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss in the buffalo sauce mixture.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve with celery sticks and dressing.
