Description
Crispy buffalo cauliflower made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt to make a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, coating thoroughly.
- Place coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked florets with buffalo sauce and olive oil.
- Return the coated florets to the air fryer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dip.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by using mild or hot buffalo sauce.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
