- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup brown rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions
- Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce and cook for another minute.
- Add broccoli florets and cover for 5 minutes until tender.
- Divide the beef mixture and rice into meal prep containers.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- Reheat in the microwave before serving.
