Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic and onion, cook until softened.
- Brown the beef steak on all sides.
- Pour in beef broth and add salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
